I started this one on 3/27/2011. It was another one that was started before I got to it, with these little squares and strips. So I pulled it all out and made something from it.

Close up of the quilting. So cool. I really love the random stars that are throughout the quilt.
Soon after this was finished, I found out that a friend of mine was expecting a baby. I sent this one to her. We don’t know what they are having yet, but I figure penguins and castles are ok for boys or girls. Don’t we all dream of living in castles at one point or another?
